Ehh, it's a scraggly tree and nearly never photographs well. In fact, I took this very bad photo of it in 2015 and never tried again. It's just impossible to make it look cool.

I can't say with 100% certainty, but I think it was Detective Comics #408 (or more likely, Detective #477 in '78, a reprint) and "The House that Haunted Batman."
