Off- except for my husband’s messages. Sometimes I read things and can’t respond right away and I find no joy in the perception that I’m being rude or to actually be passive aggressively rude.
If I need someone to know I have a problem with their message, I just tell them🤷🏽♀️

This is a book I used years ago that I liked. My ex’s mom taught me the basics, but this book helped me become more advanced.
