I thought your #3 data point was going to be some accusation or suspicion that the “drug boats” are merely a ruse to stop (aka kill) migrants intended for the U.S.

improve enough, as a change in circumstances of reasonable fear of persecution, to then deport Mr. Abrego. His case is not a positive one - legally.

from which the person has established they have reasonable fear of persecution. For this situation to turn out “well” for Mr Abrego, it will take a brave immigration court judge (employee of the DOJ) to order him released in an immigration bond indefinitely until the circumstances in El Salvador…

Sadly, this entire leaves Mr Abrego hanging in the balance, used as a pawn. He will end up redetained by ICE at his residence and kept in ICE detention indefinitely (for 90 day renewable periods, subject to review) because the law is terrible on this circumstance: a deportation order to a country …
