I have said for years that the waist on Torrid pants is always disproportionately large compared to the pant itself. I laughed when I saw that even their mannequins struggle with it.

I absolutely adore where we live. I can walk to breakfast with my bestie, spend warm evenings at another besties farm, and it’s such a comfortable small town. And I am enraged that we are seriously considering emigrating. Why should WE have to leave? They are the ones who suck!

Yesterday we had a thunderstorm right as the sun was coming up. The pink sunrise bouncing off the storm clouds was the highlight of my morning. It was short lived, going totally gray by 7am, so I’m glad I was up early.
