Bullying another country's leader while they are dealing with unimaginable circumstances. This is our leadership. Condescending, combative, undermining, and right in front of the world.

I just have a fundamental issue with calling the massive spending of agencies and people's lives justified with having the "reciepts" to justify it. It's an obnoxious attempt at being cavalier and being witty, which only demonstrates how disengaged he is from our collective reality.
