i also have a special seasoning blend i make and refill consistently that has goya sazon con achiote, smoked paprika, and cayenne among other powerhouses of deliciousness

for any curious, the construction follows a general pattern: light oil, corn tortilla, shredded mexican blend cheese, meat (im using leftover turkey), seasoning, more cheese, fold over - now i add the queso before the first layer of cheese
