I understand the part about people being hurt. But it’s their choice to be hurt not ours. We have to do what we have to do to stay alive. I wish people understood that.

I so identify with this sentiment. I try to explain to people that I wish I wasn’t like this. Hell, my first five months of therapy were me trying to be cured! When it became evident that that was not going to work. I only had one choice.
