and can spend hours looking at one drawing and finding all the small things then you'll have to get used to being slow but top quality.

my suggestion for the first option is to look at artists like "Wlop" because his art is stunning as a whole but when you zoom in you can see the faked details 😄

aka "do I really need this detail that probably no one will see or is a blob resembling what I want to show good enough?" most people will look for maybe 10 seconds, like and move on, for them, smaller details aren't that important

I used to do drawings within 40 minutes but I also didn't put much thought into it and the result was meh at best. Getting "slower" because u're getting better just means you put more effort into it. If you really want to speed up while maintaining quality you need to shift focus.
