One thing I do like about threads, blue sky etc is that their algorithms and UX seem to be less geared towards followers, follower count etc and more towards user interests—which is great because that’s where things are right now with social media.

I’ve only been to 1 & a half weddings in real life but I love them so much. Every single thing about them. My mom let me watch way too much David Tutera growing up but I’m grateful.

Can’t remember the last time I had what feels like a blank digital slate. I think that’s a huge part of why a lot of people are willing to try Bluesky as well. Makes perfect sense.
