fictionalized abuse, even **sexualized** fictional abuse, does not drive people to commit real world abuse. This is the exact same argument as "video games cause violence" and we all understand how THAT doesnt make sense.

you dont have to like these games. you can criticize them as fiction. but we cannot equate fiction with real world harm, as doing so both disrespectful to victims of IRL abuse, and drives a wedge that those in power can use to get us in this situation RIGHT NOW
