Are you pure non resurfacing? I essentially resurface 0, but I do a lateral facetectomy which makes me feel better on the XR post op

Are you doing that in your practice though? Any concern w high risk infection people who may be more likely in need of a DAIR?

What is your selection criteria for all poly? Weight, age, gender? Comfortable using in severe deformity?

@truckatologist.bsky.social is this your construct of choice?

Yeah redapt definitely sits up. That variability from prep work to final stem with all the Wagner style stems is why I'm tempted by the fit and fill stems although I haven't used one for this
December 1, 2024 at 5:11 PM
Which stem? Do you care if the metal itself bypasses the hole or is the mantle enough?
December 1, 2024 at 2:50 PM
where is your cable? just under lesser? any value to putting one below the screw hole?
November 30, 2024 at 3:00 PM
so no interest in a summit or similar stem? im tempted but worried ill end just past the screw

Should have counted before... Let's say 3-4
November 25, 2024 at 10:24 AM
Yep. I've seen more horizontal throws with 4-6 simple for an incision this length.

Looks like drunken sailor. Alternate simple/horizontal mattress in a running fashion. Very easy to remove in office since you can clip where it crosses incision
