It was spectacularly bold of Amorim to try a power play given how shithouse his performance has been in the job. In partial defence of Maresca, I guess he at least had a couple of trophies to feed his delusions of grandeur.

I think I’m almost the direct opposite of this. The more sport has become awash with money and everything is win at all costs, I actually yearn for a bit of that almost child like joy that sports is supposed to trigger.
I think the way this team plays has me struggling to connect to that a bit.
