I like McDaniel the person. He's a very smart individual who can be very creative as an offensive mind. But I think I've seen enough to realize he doesn't have the leadership skills and personality to inspire the discipline necessary to be an effective head coach. The inmates run the asylum! #finsup

I think the #Dolphins need to search for a backup QB like they were searching for a starter. I have no issue if they used a day 2 pick on someone. Tua's issue staying healthy and unproven ability to play in the clutch require there be competition. This person would either push him or surpass him.

This offense is trash and the defense with time beginning to break down. It's a good thing that Denver is winning going away. This team is going to need some serious changes. Starting with Grier. I'll need to see more adaptability from McDaniel next year. If he can't adapt then he'll have to go to!

One of the biggest issues I have with Mike McDaniel is that he doesn't use his pieces where they make the most sense. You get a 1st and goal. How about using Wright or Wilson in that situation? Go with some power. For whatever the reason he refuses to do that! His personnel usage is trash. #finsup

This game is going to be all about attrition. . The way Dobson held the ball after the interception made me very nervous. A punch out waiting to happen.

New England is in an interesting situation. At this point they believe they have their franchise QB. If they land the #1 overall pick I'd be listening to offers from QB hungry teams and get myself a bounty for that pick. If Tennessee gets the pick then they're just going to get their guy. #nfl
