I'm sorry! When my dad had dementia 20 yrs ago, he wasn't entitled to help. Poor mum had a terrible time. When he was admitted to hospital a social worker chose a care home for him cos they said he couldn't be managed at home. No other help. They said if he had cancer he would have daily support

I always think that your 'children' all have an inner beauty that radiates out of them. Obviously, they all have incredible outer beauty, too, but there's definitely something special about them

Your poor kiddo. I hope she gets better soon. She's an innocent victim of our lack of health guidelines for schools. It makes me so angry. I see it day after day.

It's impossible to stay well under the current circumstances in schools. We need clean air/masking & people staying home when they are sick

I know. One of them asked me if I was sick (even tho I've masked for 5 years) I said that im trying to keep myself & others well. She said that none of the medical team masks, and if it was important, they would. Sigh

Yes! Windows closed, classrooms stuffy, squashed together in assemblies - I'm truly thinking I can't keep doing this, but I love my actual work. I continue to mask all day & avoid school social events where masking would be even harder. We have teachers going through chemo, but even they don't mask😪

Our school has so many coughing, blowing noses, looking exhausted - both staff and students. It's revolting
