Time Magazine’s Person of the Year (2006)
I love how in the one with Jacinthe, Lebanne appears to be processing several dozen conflicting emotions.

I’ve put him in the 99 of Zoraline, and he’s been fantastic in there. That 1-mana discount on getting as many bats as I can out there is really helpful.

I love the contrast of all the faeries’ talk of fatherly abandonment with Ajani, who has known Kirol for all of twelve seconds and has already gone into full overprotective dad mode.

What I love is how that’s basically Kirol’s reaction to meeting her in the story.

I did a D&D one-shot recently where I played a Satyr. The fact that I was playing a hooved character actually ended up coming up twice, most notably when the DM was working out if any of us would have difficulty crossing a floor covered in broken glass.

I’m a little down on the idea of a remake solely because Toriyama is no longer here to do the art. But otherwise I’d love to see a ground-up remake with an orchestral soundtrack and HD sprites.

And let’s be honest- the XABY/LARA puzzles have always been weird on ports. It’s time to change those.

She stopped using the pseudonym at the end of the Strixhaven story- her final scene was her starting a new semester and introducing herself as Professor Vess (which is also what the students in the Lorwyn story call her).

Oh, I will watch the heck out that later!

I had to look that one up, and what do you mean the first Megami Tensei game released outside of Japan was a Virtual Boy game? Do we owe the VB for the western popularity of Persona?

Have fun with Wario Land, Tennis, and, uh… the other one!

I haven’t hooked a Sony console to a TV since the last time I moved.

Avatar is what happens when you make a movie that is nearly universally liked, but very few people love it. Lots of people who think “Yeah, that was a fun flick” but nothing in the typical fandom spaces.

“You win, I guess. Technically.”

I think it’s interesting that they’re using a meme panel where the meme version’s dialogue was slightly modified. Obviously they’re not going to use a photoshop for an official release, but it does make it feel off.

I’m like 90% sure the layout of Level 3 is the reason Zelda 1 has never had a full on remake. It’s one thing to include it in collections, but I can’t imagine them releasing that map in a “new” game.

Happy Birthday!

I’ve added your comic to my bookmarks. Please resist the supernatural urge to give up that you will feel as a result of this. I don’t know why it happens like that, but I have a webcomic touch of death.

I’d love to see more okapi art.

But only if any two of the 23 people in the room share a birthday!

Oh hey, Subrosians! I loved those little guys.

For Spotify, it’s because a lot of people have Christmas playlists that would throw off the summary of the rest of their year, so they just decided December doesn’t count.

For other services, they do the wrapped at the start of December because, as you said, they’re following Spotify’s example.
