Day 22: I really don't have a favourite director, I kinda thinks that's weird to idolise one filmmaker above others, but I do enjoy Tarantino because of Inglourious Basterds and Villeneuve because of Dune

Day 21: Way too many films make me cry, but most often I think The Lion King.
October 24, 2023 at 6:51 PM
Day 20: Definitely The Whale...
October 23, 2023 at 4:08 PM
That one was a wonderful film!

Day 19: I honestly have to say, I can't remember, but I think it could have been one of the Shrek sequels, Part 3 maybe?
October 21, 2023 at 3:14 PM
Day 18: Although my first language is German, I'll not count movies in the English language here and say the Danish film "Druk", in English "Another Round".
October 20, 2023 at 9:10 PM
Day 17: I think Hans Landa is one of the most chilling and intimidating villains, so Inglourious Basterds.
October 19, 2023 at 9:46 PM
Day 16: I don't think this needs explaining 😅
October 17, 2023 at 10:51 PM
Day 15: Funniest film I've seen is probably Life of Brian!
October 16, 2023 at 2:29 PM
Totally agree on both things, the makeup is brilliant, the special effects in general were quite effective, as opposed to some visual effects nowadays.
October 16, 2023 at 12:42 AM
Day 14: Not sure I love a film everybody hates, I'd find more examples the other way round 😅 So I guess I'd have to go with The Whale (although love is the wrong word) or The Woman King
October 15, 2023 at 9:27 PM
Day 13: I think the original Death on the Nile is a brilliant adaptation, I'd say perfect. I also think The Prisoner of Askaban is a great adaptation and Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings films, also want to shout-out the Hunger Games films!
October 14, 2023 at 10:11 PM
Day 12: I guess I'll make these nightly posts 😅
I'm not sure how to interpret change, but in hindsight I think Hugo unconsciously led me to my interest in movies, moviemaking and studying movies.

Jesus, I can't even write anymore ... Shaun obviously 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
October 13, 2023 at 12:02 AM
At first I thought you mistakenly wrote Shed but meant Shawn of the Dead and was a bit disappointed 🙈😅 Sounds like an interesting film 😂
October 13, 2023 at 12:01 AM
Ohhhh, puppets can be real scary, so I totally understand!
October 12, 2023 at 10:09 PM
Day 11: Missed midnight again 🤦🏻‍♀️
In terms of score I'd say Denis Villeneuves Dune, in terms of Soundtrack I'd go with Guardians of the Galaxy, for Musical movie I'd have to go with La La Land (original) and Mamma Mia (jukebox musical)
October 12, 2023 at 10:08 PM
I'm not sure tbh, I don't really have kids around to tell me that, but thinking about Paw Patrol and Elemental I'd say, no, they're not as scary as they used to be 🙈
October 11, 2023 at 10:31 PM
Day 10: A bit late, but I have to go with Snowwhite and the Seven Dwarves, that one really scared me as a kid, as well as the Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland 😅
