The first 5-year anniversary event series: Brew & Bloom for Village Up in celebration of Women’s History Month. We brought founders, partners, supporters, & students together to foster meaningful connections. My all-women team were recognized by local officials.

Sunday morning blasting rap music and preparing my P&L and other financials for my CPA this week. I use to dread doing taxes but I learned so much financial knowledge from my CPA. Especially deductions.

The coalition wants me to design a structure for the group. I’ll be using Collective Impact as the model to help guide the priorities we’re going to identify. I have experience with having worked with the Suicide Prevention Council that use CI.

So, the 2 course I’m teaching are unique - internship classes. Students have to do an onboard process before I give them the add code. This is individually. My inbox is getting flooded with inquiries or notifications. Working on streamline the intake system.

Biggest takeaway with this session on Theory of Change is factoring the underlying assumptions from our stakeholders and who we want to effect.
