I really can’t stop smiling about how work has been going for me. I finally have my own office and I’ll be promoted to a union backed position next season. Really proud of myself.

As someone who is rehabbing his back, I do a lot of stretching that focuses on my hip adductors and then ice my back and then mix in heat pads every few days. I also lay on this 15 minutes a day
