It’s happening all over. The rally last Wednesday in Sacramento abt protecting IDEA had no interpreters. A conference hosted by the CDE where my supervisor and I will be presenting told me that they will not provide interpreters and that we have to bring our own—they are in violation of 504 and ADA

HB 1367 is the correct number.
Reminds me of HB 1366 back in 2012. It was promoted by Hear Indiana, Indiana Hands and Voices, and Saint Joseph. Karl White from NCHAM flew from Utah to support their bill which was to take the outreach away from ISD.
