While @Centrelink & banks might say the people in libraries will help them fill out forms & help them with their passwords, this information is incorrect. We don't always have the staff or the knowledge. We do offer access to computers & free WiFi.

I get the 10th degree when purchasing panadol osteo! 🙄 Even after breast cancer, a partial mastectomy & a reconstruction, I never took the strong pain medication. Bloody osteoarthritis!

100% correct. The same is true in Australia. I love telling non library users about our library app & how useful it is.

I work in our local libraries in Australia. Whilst we don't process passport applications, we do have computers & printers for the public to use.

Oh, you can also borrow books, DVDs, magazines, ukuleles, pickleball kits & music cds.
