I've started to disconnect from the torrent of shitty news about events over which I have zero control by trying a new thing. Any time I have the urge to put on the news, I play some loud dance music instead. 10/10, highly recommend this approach.

I'm becoming convinced that relying on genAI too much as a writing aid will make your writing skills atrophy. It's like taking the elevator consistently when the stairs are right there — don't be surprised when the stairs feel harder and harder for you to do.
