"With the growing implications of climate change for human health and safety, the responsibility of a climate scientist as a ‘physician of the planet’ could be judged by the ethical value of ‘do no harm.’"
We’d all love for climate science to be apolitical. But it’s not—and can’t be.

When I was young, I absolutely refused to dissect a frog in science. No one could make me. So this is wonderful to see; I'd like to see more cruelty-free innovations brought to market.

I have a question, especially for the scientists and researchers on this platform: how do we protect ourselves from propaganda once our scientific institutions are infiltrated by trump loyalists? How are we keeping all our decades and decades of data safe????

I grieve for wilderness areas like this. Intact ecosystems are essential infrastructure for our survival. Biorhythms keeping our air breathable and groundwater pure. I’m here to keep fighting.
