Did you listen to The NYT Daily interview w/ Ross Douthat on his interview (at the Vatican!!) with VP Vance? I'm only partway in, trying to stay to the end. (Ref "A Clockwork Orange".) They sound just this side of reasonable, using big words and claiming to speak for "the electorate." Chilling. 🥶

Didn’t think it needed to be said but Russia invaded Ukraine, a sovereign nation, not once but twice — in 2014 and 2022. Not the other way around. History must not be rewritten.
PS Jan. 6 was a violent insurrection and Biden won the 2020 election.
