4/ff The pain points associated with edtech are far reaching. It’s time to step back and reevaluate how teaching and learning happens in today’s classrooms. Forcing new ideas into old habits creates frustrated teachers, ill-prepared students, and more fodder for the “anti-tech rhetoric.”

3/ff Educators must look more deeply at the pedagogy shifts that would support the edtech we now have at our fingertips. Instead of layering AI on current edu practices, teachers, and administrators, need to consider PD that includes AI Literacy embedded in tech pedagogy to transform learning.

2/ff As edtech is receiving more attention in the news due to the White House executive order that calls for “Advancing of Artifical Intelligence Education for America Youth,” it’s a great time to right the cart that has been before the horse since the influx of mobile technology.
