3/5 We show that the genes repressed and activated by DOT1L are in distinct chromatin environments: repressed genes are in H3k27me3+ regions while activated genes are in H3k27ac+/H3k79me2+ regions. Interestingly many DOT1L-activated genes in spermatids are on the X chromosome...
