My most commonly-used phrase is ‘please may I speak to your dog?’, but please don’t tell my wee cat about that side of my life. I’m a volunteer animal rescuer but currently taking a break from that cos 4 years of it has taken an emotional toll. But I have big plans for more rescue work.
