My new gardening experiment - growing from scraps. Will be planting red onion sets, scallion sets, celery, and Bok choy. Ella and I are going to fight over the Bok choy. I am already finding ragged leaves (she's been eating them!). They're getting close to planting in pots for an indoor garden.

Gearing up to start my seeds. When I do, there will only be music playing. No TV, no podcasts and no social media. Possibly only silence. Keeps me somewhat sane.
