I did the same. I got a 15lb turkey on sale for $3.00. I spatchcock cocked it Friday night. Made cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes with gravy. I 💉 the bird. It was my best not Thanksgiving ever. Now, I will do it again on Thursday, but I am sure the next turkey will cost more than $3.00.

I am turning 60 soon. Sadly, both of my children have decided not to bring children into the world. I want to be a grandmother so badly, but I respect them, and hopefully, their choice.
