I'm deeply grateful to the brilliant minds I've collaborated with while solving some of government's most complex digital challenges. It has been a profound honor to work alongside these remarkable individuals who have each shaped my journey in meaningful ways.

3. And most importantly, the people behind the technology matter infinitely more than the code itself.

As I reflect on the work of growing the Login.gov design practice and seeing our platform expand to serve millions of members of the public, I am reminded of what truly matters:

When I joined Login.gov in 2020, we were a small but ambitious team tackling a monumental challenge: creating a secure, equitable, and accessible authentication platform for online government services. What began as a technical mission evolved into one of the most meaningful chapters of my career.
