This is a cool little thing: git now recognizes if you are "reverting a revert", giving it the much better name "reapply".

It's common if you say, merge a pull request, find an issue and revert, then want to re-apply the pull request and put a new fix on top.

From this new data we'll be able to add a few million new "votes" for each mapping, greatly increasing accuracy and probably increasing coverage too

Well this is nice, there are a cool 6 million records to simply filter out because they are closed.

Ok at first glance there are at least a few clearly suspect records
