this poem is called “ways to say i hate you”, and it’s based off of real messages sent to me by someone who i thought was my friend, but in reality was nothing but a bully. just as a psa: real friends don’t tell you to “keep it together” when you’re struggling. just sayin’.

last night after the time change, my local radio station apparently had no idea how to process it so it just went crazy and started playing songs on top of each other, and nothing is as terrifying as waking up to a Billy Idol/The Smiths mashup

there are approximately 100 of these in here. some will be sent to bookstores in the Ann Arbor area, others will be given to friends and coworkers, others still will be sold at a poetry event at Makeshift Gallery on Jan 19th. how else should i distribute these
