Interesting. Same thing happening to me. Locked out & it’s equivalent of spinning pizza - endless unsuccessful loading.

No worries. I think he sometimes says “investable industry”. The “industry” says prices would have to go up 38% for 9% returns. And they get to hold the deposits - which are now nudging $1m + daily fees - until the person dies. After Nov 1, they also get to keep up to 10% of the deposit.
