The decision to cut Overseas Development Assistance to 0.3% of GDP from 0.5% must not undermine the UK's longstanding commitment to global health & development, particularly in the fight against HIV & AIDS.

✅ Community leadership
✅ Parliamentary action
✅ Global coordination
✅ Sustained funding
