Given [Subresource Integrity](www.w3.org/TR/sri-2/) proposes content validation for resources loaded by a website, are there drafts or ideas around content validation for the html itself?

As I stopped streaming music, I've recently found Qobuz to be a great shop for buying hi-res (where available) FLAC files for bigger artists, which you can't find on Bandcamp

I made something new: an eslint plugin to validate your npm ecosystem lockfiles! It supports npm, pnpm, yarn, bun, and vlt, and it's already helped find a supply chain security attack vector inside a fortune 500 tech company. www.npmjs.com/package/esli...

I created Personal Cloud Backup:
github.com/juliangruber...

A collection of scripts for periodically backing up your cloud accounts (Google, GitHub, etc) to archival storage.

When you don't own your data, at least keep it safe!

Are there any composers of modern music that don't do the interpretation themselves? I.e., release sheet music / the musical blueprint, but let anyone do the performance?

My emails are now being backed up from Hetzner to Scaleway cold storage, using offlineimap, rclone and cron. Feels good to have backups for most of my online accounts!

Other things that get backed up weekly: Webspace, calendars, databases, GitHub repos, backup scripts, Google Drive.

talenzz.io was a crowd funding platform for music, where funders received royalty shares. They disappeared without notifying their funders (like me).

Smells like scam or rug pull, but was supported by legit projects (Backstage Pro, supported by Thomann).

"This is the next era of social media—built in Europe, run on our cloud, ruled by our laws. Users choose the content. Businesses control their brand environment. People control the algorithms.

Not Big Tech. Not ever."

What are your current takes on content creation on the internet, requiring attention / ad watch time for compensation, vs AI agentic traffic, that doesn't reward the creator?

Is AI traffic finaly guiding us away from ads business models?

When the wrong company is down, the internet is down.

I suggest we move off tech giants, to protect what's most valuable to us.
