But they also list some state campaigns (not in bold) with no option of contributing, whether as part of a big distribution or picking separately, which is annoying. And, I haven't found any option anywhere to contribute to at least one of the listed local (not in bold) campaigns...

If you select "Custom amounts" you can select which campaigns you want to contribute to, of those that are listed in bold. The bolded list includes all three of these federal campaigns.
