I think my best advice for you with starting comics is start with shorter stuff that’s around 10 ish pages and then when that feels easy move on to stuff that’s 20 page chapter chunks and it won’t feel and daunting. After I finish my 200 page comic I’m definitely going back to shorter stories 😂😭😅

Yeah I think what also stopped me from being able to work on it was traveling for cons so I was only able to dedicate a few weeks every year to making progress on it. But also it’s ok if you have most written and figure out the ending later

I do think that comics being broken down into chapters does help a lot. You don’t have to finish the whole book all at once. I feel the hardest part about comics is is just how they will take months (or years) straight of working on it to finish

Dude it’s been really hard… I think pre writing and thumbnailing everything helped me a lot and I only worked on my comic for months. But the downside is I hit a point where it was almost finished and remained that way for years… only just now is it actually looking like the project will complete
