Spied what looked like a lump of grass in a magnolia tree. Upon closer inspection noticed it was a birds nest. I always find myself in awe of how birds weave and build their nests.

I think someone missed us these past couple days. Busy weekend rooting on Isaac and his team! They played awesome and made it to the semifinals. Thankful for an awesome season full of friendships and memories.

Beautiful morning for a walk/run. Two miles felt good and strong. Last February of 2024 I had a Coronary Artery Vasospasm. Leaving me with a lot of anxiety about everything. It feels good to get my feet hitting the pavement again. Along with being good for both my mental and physical health.
