12 years ago I was at the #KumbhMela - one of the most amazing experiences on earth! Life has conspired to make a return almost impossible for the one that is on now. Yet still I'm thumbing my renewed passport and wondering if it would really be so stupid.

Two of Australia's creative geniuses gone within a few days. Both #JohnMarsden and #Leunig were bold and original thinkers. Both show the power of words to create positive change.

I've joined Bluesky and followed a few areas of interest but almost all I'm seeing is #cats. Better than vitriolic right-wing politics and I do like cats but when will the algorithms start putting other topics in my feed?
