O I bet, Ileostomy is nothing but a blessing when you've been so sick. Thing is with dehydration, sometimes you don't know it's an issue until it's acute, then it's a drama, glad you get your IVs and can stay on top of it. Summer in the UK is only rarely a bigger issue than winter 😂

Yes its hard keep hydrated, I have oral rehydration solution, we've got to keep those kidneys working 😄 Ileostomy was the best thing for me, it's permanent and we get along very well. Glad you're ok, short bowel is a challenge in itself without the dehydration issues x
