The big difference between this case and Bostock is the iron-clad, air-tight language of Title VII.

Increasingly strange that Gorsuch isn't asking questions, since he holds the wild card here, and both justices and advocates keep mentioning his past opinions and nudging him to pipe up. (I'll note that Gorsuch does remain totally silent through arguments from time to time, seemingly at random.)
