That sounds really wonderful, that's amazing you got that experience. Indeed it is relieving, i talked about stuff i wouldn't anyone else with my previous therapist. I felt betrayed by my ex and they helped me realize i don't *need* to dwell on what she thinks so much. I still remember that moment.

I did. I disclosed what seemed pertinent and give us somewhere to start from, such as my depression and background about myself. I was still conservative since I don't want to spill all my guts first session :p
