My last big tip is to be kind to yourself (and to think kindly of the agents). A rejection may not be a reflection on the quality of your work. It doesn't make it hurt less, but you can celebrate what you can control. If you send a query, THAT is a win. You are doing the thing! #KidLitChat

As far as submission strategy when querying, I recommend sending in small batches. That way you can make adjustments if you get form responses vs. personalized etc. querytracker.net can even filter a search by reply % and days (Under Agents -> Data View, select "Submission Data") #KidLitChat
