IA Gov believes DJT will reinstate federal funding to Iowa because she has signed bills to cut DEI programs and eliminate civil rights. Hard to know if her loyalty will be “rewarded” but even funding returned on her terms would not make us whole. Humanity was lost here even before the federal cuts.

The plaintiffs need to file for Rule 11 sanctions against these government lawyers. And then seek sanctions from the state bar associations that admitted them. Lawyers are held to higher standards than presidents.
