You used to follow me, but don't on here. Though I hope it wasn't for those reasons!

The most important facets for me:
- Gets s**t done.
- Gets it right or as near as dammit given the circumstances.
- Doesn’t need handholding.
- Gets on with others (colleagues & customers).
- An unwavering willingness to learn, whatever the level of seniority.
- Understands it’s not about them!

Wholeheartedly agree! Unfortunately, not all employees have this core integrity.

I haven't had a chance to see it yet. I hope you are right!

I hate those TV screens. I asked for mine to be removed and replaced with a projector and write-on board!!
