Ugh, Monday.
Oh well. To take away the sting, here is a photo I took this day last year. It is a statue by Tom Murphy in the grounds of St Nicholas, Liverpool honouring all those who died in the Blitz.

Today I have been painting. This is from a picture I took of Hilbre Island, just off the coast of West Kirby on the Wirral peninsula.
What is very exciting for me is the light! It gets dark here at 4.15pm, so I bought a daylight craft light and it's amazing 🙌
