#AllanFeliz was unarmed when Lt. Rivera assaulted, tased + shot him in the chest in 2019. Both the NYC CCRB & the NYPD’s discipline judge recommend he be fired but instead he was promoted! Enough is enough—Commissioner Tisch + Mayor Adams do the right thing: #FireJonathanRivera by March 31!
