I dated a geology major in college, and he gifted me an unspectacular, but pure raw amethyst that I still treasure today — the only thing I’ve ever kept 40 from the “boyfriends era” over 30 years ago.

Slept well all week long, because I’m going alcohol free for a month … I plan to keep it going (except for an occasional Guinness on tap) because sleeping well is the best thing ever. 💤
