25% of the Beaverhead Deerlodge National Forest employees were fired yesterday. That’s around 50 people of this small rural community suddenly out of work. What are they to do? There is not that many jobs here as it is. They will have to relocate and I am likely to loose several clients as a result.

Bad news and good news. Bad things are happening, but we can clearly see that now. The veil has been lifted, which gives us an opportunity to make informed choices. We can educate ourselves, act, create, PLAN, and love our neighbors. (No need to waste energy arguing with others.) We can do this.
