Can’t sustain future dlc and development without a way to pay the bills. I’m a consumer so the more I can’t get for dollar the merrier but we shouldn’t ignore the obvious shortcomings of free everything forever.

That one looks really cool and I’m bummed that sales don’t seem to be going well. I quit PvP games outside of the occasional Smash Bros match about 5 years ago sadly

Play anywhere is one of the big reasons I stuck with Xbox this generation. I mainly play PC but do like plopping on the couch too and I can’t pass up a 2 for 1 deal.

Maybe but maybe think of this way. If you and I bumped into each other on the street and both wanted to see a flick, one of us could simply buy that ticket for the other. We wouldn’t need each other’s email/password or payment information to do so.

Subscription, internet access, online payment system, device to watch it on. Not saying those things are rare but a 20 dollar bill is all you need for your theater experience.

I don’t feel like that’s the best reasoning but I do want to agree that they shouldn’t qualify.
They’re gated and won’t be accessible to the general public. I also think that they’re creatively bankrupt. Just slop to fatten the pig that is revenue growth and little more.
