Death’s Door (Acid Nerve/Devolver Digital). Unfortunately Betty seems to bee too much for me to handle (read: I can’t play well enough🙁). But wow! Great story, puzzles, combat, atmosphere, humor, level design, music, gameplay. What’s not to like!

I recently finished “The Last Campfire” (Hello Games). It was a nice, cozy ride that got better toward the end. It has some great reviews. Not exactly my cup of tea. Still, it's definitely worth picking up when it's on discount.

American gamers eager to place orders for the widely anticipated new Nintendo console will have to wait a bit longer. They have tariffs to blame. cnn.it/4i2rEHw

“Not A Hero - Super Snazzy Edition” (Roll7 / Devolver Digital) is just FUN! The voice acting of the player characters and BunnyLord’s lines are top-notch and perfectly quirky. Still struggling with the last level. Great replay value nonetheless.

“The Red Strings Club” (Devolver Digital, bsky.app/profile/devo...) is different in all the best ways. I’ve never played a game that combines such a great story and characters, takes a stand, and remains so relevant. It’s going to leave a mark.

"Agent A: A Puzzle in Disguise" (by Yak & Co) is a classic point-and-click puzzler. Such games can sometimes be bit frustrating, this one is not. It flows smoothly. And when on discount, you can get it for around 1 unit of your local currency.

I recently played “Dordogne” (Un Je Ne Sais Quoi, Umanimation). I really enjoy point-and-click adventures with interesting stories, and that hand-painted watercolor world sure looks nice!

Shoutout to Video Games for being a consistent source of escapism and stress relief

"Planet of Lana" (Wishfully Studios) is epic - like playing a Ghibli movie. I kept pausing just to take in the wonderful views (and now I’m dreaming of summer). Bonus: the little sidekick looks just like our dog!

"Huntdown" (Easy Trigger) is pure '90s nostalgia. Non-stop boss fights, lots of trial and error, and plenty of rage quits... but I always came back for one more try.

I finished Carto (Sunhead Games) this weekend. The world and story are charming, and the characters are delightful. Some puzzles felt bit frustrating (it took me a while to get the hang of them), but it improved toward the end. Map manipulation worked surprisingly well!

"What Lies in the Multiverse" (Untold Tales) must be one of my favorite indie games. A touching yet funny and involving story. And how did I get so attached to those pixel characters?! Cool graphics, nice puzzles, and fun platforming. Any tips for similar ones?
